Important ACH Authorization Information 

  1. We will do our best to set your ACH payments up with the servicer, but it is your responsibility to connect with the servicer prior to the first payment to ensure there are no issues. Any missed or late payments will result in a late fee added to the loan
  2. At closing we will have you sign the official ACH Authorization Form where you will be able to verify all information is correct.
  3. If you selected our Double Double Product then we will draft your monthly interest payment for the second lien on the 1st business day of each month
