Promotional Code Rules

Use of a Backflip Promotional Code (“Code”) for a free Backflip merchandise is subject to the following terms and conditions. Backflip may delay processing any Code for the purposes of investigation or refuse to grant any free merchandise where Backflip determines, in its sole discretion, to be fraudulent or otherwise  in violation of these terms and conditions. 

 

To be eligible for a Code, the Recipient  must be: 

1. A legal resident of the United States of America and at least 18 years-old. 
2. A Backflip Member with an active Backflip account 
3. A Member who closed a loan with Backflip from January 1, 2023 through December 31, 2023. 
4. Members may use no more than one Code and no Code may be used more than once. 
5. Codes are not transferable, assignable, and may not be purchased or sold.  

Additionally, any recipient of a Code must at all times: 

• Comply with CAN-SPAM, avoid sending unsolicited emails or illegal advertising methods to promote Backflip. 
• Make only factual statements about Backflip, avoid misleading or deceptive advertising claims; follow all relevant laws regarding advertising claims. 
• Adhere to terms and conditions of search engines, social media platforms, and other third-party platforms.

• Avoid running social media ads, paid search and Google display ads regarding Backflip without prior approval, or using search terms “Backflip promo code,”, “Backflip discount code”,”Backflip coupon code,” “Backflip referral code,” or similar terms without prior approval.  
• Avoid any communication that is defamatory or infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others.

Failure to comply with any of these rules may result in the suspension of the Code.
