The Backflip Member Reward Program (“Backflip Rewards”) is designed by RPE Home, Inc. (“Backflip”) to enhance the experience of individual residential real estate investors who utilize our tech platform for property analysis and to secure fix and flip loans. By fostering user engagement and encouraging referrals, our goal is to create a community-driven ecosystem that benefits both the users and the growth of our platform.

The Backflip Rewards Program (“Program”) rewards eligible borrowers and participants for continued engagement with Backflip. Participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) and agreement to Backflip’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, each incorporated herein by reference.
Backflip may update, modify, or terminate the Program at any time as set forth below. Continued participation after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Backflip reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and may suspend or terminate participation for providing false or incomplete information.
Qualified Members receive origination-fee discounts based on Eligible Loans closed within the Rolling 24-Month Window:

Applied at loan closing only; no retroactive adjustments or cash equivalents. Discounts are non-transferable and apply solely to the named borrower on record. Loans 60 days past due are suspended from tier calculations until cured. Loans 90 days past due cause borrower’s removal from the Program and forfeiture of prior tier status. Backflip will provide written notice of suspension and allow a thirty (30)-day cure period before permanent removal. A borrower reinstated to Good Standing for six (6) consecutive months may requalify for participation.
The Backflip Rewards Referral Program (“Referral Program”) provides cash incentives to eligible participants who refer new borrowers that successfully close their first loan with Backflip.
To qualify:
Referral payments constitute taxable income. Backflip will issue an IRS Form 1099-NEC to each Referrer who receives reportable payments in a calendar year. If a valid W-9 is not provided, Backflip may apply backup withholding as required by law. Backflip reserves the right to withhold or deny referral payments in cases of suspected fraud, self-referral, or non-compliance with these Terms.
Participation in the Program requires the collection and processing of specific member data, including opt-in status, tier level, referral details, and loan payment history. By participating, members consent to such data being collected, stored, and used by Backflip for the purpose of administering the Program and in accordance with Backflip’s Privacy Policy.
All points and rewards accrued under the 2024 Backflip Rewards program will expire on December 31, 2025. After this date, no unredeemed or unclaimed points, credits, or prior benefits will carry forward or hold any value.
Reward points may be redeemed on any loan application submitted on or before December 31, 2025. Effective January 1, 2026, the current points system will be discontinued and replaced by a tiered rewards structure. Under the new system, eligibility and tier placement will be determined based on the number of eligible loans closed with Backflip within the preceding 24-month period. Borrowers with qualifying loans during this timeframe will be automatically assigned to the highest applicable tier corresponding to their loan history. Referral points may be redeemed on any loan application submitted on or before December 31, 2025. Effective January 1, 2026, the current points system will be discontinued and replaced by a cash-based referral program. Under the new program, borrowers referred to Backflip who close their first loan will receive a $250 credit, and the referrer will receive a $500 payment, disbursed via ACH transfer.
To qualify for referral payments, the referrer must execute a Backflip Referral Agreement and submit valid ACH and W9 documentation within 60 days of the referred borrower’s loan closing date. Referral payments will be processed on a monthly basis.
Participation requires Backflip to collect and process data including opt-in status, tier level, referral details, and loan-performance history. All data is managed in accordance with Backflip’s Privacy Policy. By participating, Members consent to receive Program-related communications via email, SMS, and in-app notifications. Members may revoke consent or opt out by following the instructions in such communications, but doing so may limit Program participation.
Backflip may suspend or terminate a participant’s Program eligibility if, in its sole judgment, it determines that the participant:
Backflip will notify Member of disqualification within 90 days. Upon disqualification, all accrued rewards, discounts, and referral benefits are immediately void and non-recoverable.
Backflip reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason, with or without notice. Modifications may include adjustments to eligibility, tier thresholds, discount rates, or referral payouts. Any such changes will be posted on backflip.com/backflip-rewards, and continued participation constitutes acceptance of those modifications.
Participants must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including but not limited to the CAN-SPAM Act, Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), and any other regulations governing electronic communications and referral activity. Participants are prohibited from:
All trademarks, service marks, logos, and proprietary content associated with Backflip remain the exclusive property of RPE Home, Inc. Participation does not grant any ownership or usage rights beyond those expressly permitted herein.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, excluding its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall first be subject to informal resolution through Backflip’s Member Support. Unresolved disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Dallas County, Texas, administered under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association. Participants waive the right to class or representative actions except where prohibited by law. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Backflip reserves the right to withhold, deny or cancel any points and/or terminate your Backflip Account if we, in our sole discretion, deem the award or redemption of any points or other benefits associated with Backflip Rewards as fraudulent, abusive, unethical, suspicious or otherwise inconsistent with these terms and conditions, our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, or any other applicable laws or regulations.
