We look for 1+ project completed in the last 3 years.
Can I act as my own GC?
Yes, with the right license and track record. Let us know on when you submit your New Construction Loan Inquiry or once you connect with your designated Backflip Loan expert so we can factor it in.
Do I need plans / permits before I apply?

To start the conversation: No! Submitting an inquiry is non-binding. A designated Backflip Loan Manager will reach out to schedule a chat and walk through your funding options.

To fund the project: Once you're ready to build, we encourage submitting your plans ASAP so we can hit the ground running. Permits are flexible. Whether you have them at closing or pull them after, we'll help you navigate the requirements.
